Authorized FirstNet users have access to a suite of online resources that provide visibility and control of your communications platform.

  • Visibility into network performance and alerts

    • Help identify the best location for your incident command center

    • Determine when/where to request FirstNet deployables

    • Receive alerts that help you assess the situation during large scale weather or similar events.

  • Control FirstNet services, devices, user accounts, and apps

    • Shop services, devices, accessories and apps

    • Create, maintain and update user profiles, roles and permissions

    • View, purchase and recommend or eliminate App Catalog items

    • Establish and maintain connection to enterprise credentials for single-sign-on across FirstNet SSO-capable system and apps
  • Temporarily extend FirstNet priority access to critical support personnel

    • Grant extended emergency response personnel with priority access to FirstNet during an incident, event or other mutual aid event.  Note these individuals must be FirstNet Extended Primary users with an active FirstNet SIM

    • Create and enter details about planned or active mutual aid items to provide for personnel priority uplift and related reporting

    • Enter information about known response personnel who should receive device uplift for the duration of the event

    • Assign one or more uplift supervisors who will receive ad-hoc uplift requests from personnel in the field

    • Provide one-touch field access to uplift managers to approve or deny ad-hoc uplift requests submitted via the FirstNet Assist app
