First responder vehicle connectivity
The connected vehicle concept modernizes and connects all technologies* within a first responder vehicle. It provides enhanced safety for the responder through interoperable communications, vehicle telematics, and location/situational awareness. And it allows first responders to coordinate with confidence.
With all of this in a mobile office environment, you reduce and eliminate time spent travelling to the office for reports, performing video uploads and other office type functions that can now be performed directly from the first responder vehicle. The FirstNet® Connected vehicle also includes connectivity assurance in areas that have limited coverage* via FirstNet Mega-Range high powered user equipment.
