
FirstNet launches Spanish-language call center in Puerto Rico
The first-ever center to focus on the needs of Spanish-speaking FirstNet customers will serve public safety who require bilingual customer assistance in Puerto Rico and throughout the United States and its territories. Reaffirming the network’s commitment to public safety in Puerto Rico, the new call center will be in Aguadilla and create more than 80 jobs locally.
