Learn about changes to “FirstNet Mobile - Unlimited" plans
We’re increasing the monthly plan charge for “FirstNet Mobile - Unlimited" plans for phones and data-only devices activated prior to January 15, 2025, by $3/month per line.
This increase will allow us to continue to deliver the great wireless service you expect. You’ll see the price increase on your impacted lines beginning with your wireless bill issued on or after March 18, 2025.
What to know
The $3/month increase will impact lines on the following “FirstNet Mobile - Unlimited" plans:
- FirstNet Mobile – Unlimited Enhanced for smartphones
- FirstNet Mobile – Unlimited Standard for smartphones
- FirstNet Mobile – Unlimited for data-only devices
There is no change to the monthly plan charges for “FirstNet Mobile – Unlimited” plans for connected wearables and “FirstNet Mobile – Unlimited Enhanced” for feature phones at this time.
Please also note that if your service was activated before January 15, 2025, you will not see this price change until you have completed 9 months of service. Until that time, we will apply both the price increase and an offsetting $3/month credit to the line.

You don’t have to do anything to stay on your plan. Enjoy your existing plan benefits:

- Unlimited high-speed data that won’t slow down based on how much you use
- 5G access - Limited availability; may not be available in your area. Requires a FirstNet Ready® 5G capable device and FirstNet SIM. See coverage details.
- Unlimited talk & text (for phones) within the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific Territories, Canada and Mexico
- Unlimited texting (for phones) from U.S. to 200+ countries
¹First Priority® enables (a) priority access to the AT&T domestic 4G LTE network and the 4G LTE networks of AT&T’s domestic rural providers connected to the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core; (b) for first responders only, preemption of other lower priority users’ use of such network; and (c) prioritized treatment of select data traffic transmitted over such network. First Priority® requires a 4G LTE-compatible, FirstNet Capable device provisioned with an Approved Business Application using a FirstNet Trio Subscriber Identification Module (SIM card). Limited to Approved Business Application data traffic originated on and traversing over the AT&T 4G LTE network and the 4G LTE networks of AT&T’s domestic rural providers connected to the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core.

You can cancel by June 17, 2025, and we will waive any cancellation fee that may apply.
Have an installment plan on one of your devices?
If you choose to cancel, you can:

- Call us at 800.574.7000 to return your device and waive any remaining installment balance. You have until June 17, 2025.
