Activate your eSIM for iPhone: New line of service after initial setup is complete


After receiving Setup notification

1. User must be connected to Wi-Fi

2. Users should remove the physical SIM from SIM slot (Use a paperclip or the SIM tool to pop out the tray and remove the physical SIM)

3. User will receive a notification on the device FirstNet Cellular Plan Ready to be Installed

4. Tap this notification to complete setup

5. Settings will open

6. User will select the cellular plan action item with the red notification next to it

7. User given option to select “New Cellular Plan”

8. User will see Install Cellular Plan screen and selects Continue

9. When your device setup is complete, lock the screen, and verify your FirstNet Service is active (you should see “FirstNet” at the top left of your Lock Screen)

If you still cannot get the eSIM to download after following the steps above, please call FirstNet Support 800-574-7000.
