Monthly charges for your “FirstNet Mobile – Responder Unlimited” plans will increase beginning January 15, 2025.
What to know
We’re increasing the monthly rate plan charge for FirstNet unlimited smartphone and data-only plans by $3. This increase will allow us to continue to deliver the great wireless service you expect. You’ll see the price increase starting January 15, 2025.
If your service was activated on or after April 15, 2024, you won’t see this price change until you’ve completed 9 months of service. Until that time, we will apply both the price increase and an offsetting $3/month credit to the line.

Additionally, you’ll continue to receive the benefits of FirstNet and Family.
- First responders get the mission-critical connectivity of FirstNet, and families save 25% on AT&T lines with a “FirstNet Mobile – Responder Unlimited” smartphone plan line of service.
- You can be on the same account as other first responders in your household, with up to 20 lines per account.
- Each FirstNet user on the account is limited to one phone, watch, tablet and hotspot.
- FirstNet voice service counts as a line toward multi-line pricing on eligible plans.

Have an installment plan on one of your devices?
If you choose to cancel, you can:
- Pay off the remaining installment plan balance and keep your device.
- Call us at 800.574.7000 to return your device and waive any remaining installment balance. You have until March 31, 2025.
